职位描述：
１、Software Engineer 软件工程师
Job Description:
1. Responsible for software design and development of IT administration tools and medical information systems, mainly web based applications, in a global team located in Beijing and Belgium.
2. Collaborate with team in other countries, mainly in Belgium and US, to collect user requirements, analyze the requirements, implement and test the software applications.
3. Provide related documents in English such as requirement specifications, design descriptions, testing documents, user guides, etc.
4. Communicates with global team in Europe for project scheduling, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree and majored in computer science.
2. Familiar with Linux and Windows.
3. Experience on JAVA, DBMS, and web technologies.
4. Experience on version control system such as subversion.
5. Familiar with software development process, environment configuration, software debugging, testing and quality control.
6. Good software analysis and design methodology skills (UML).
7. Excellent writing, reading and oral English.
Technical oriented, wants to pursue technical career.
２、Sales Engineer
Job Description:
1. Establish and maintain a network of contacts in order to carry out sales objectives.
2. Rapidly establish relations with new contacts.
3. Develop a strategy of knowledge of the customer environment (Go strategy).
4. Represent the company at several events (fairs, conferences) in order to develop a network of contacts; find and access the right interlocutor.
5. Orally present arguments, propositions to IBA customers and agents.
6. Explain solutions or technical variants to customers.
7. Communicate new customer needs possibly leading to new developments in R&D.
8. Efficiently communicate customer contractual demands to Production and to CS so that these demands are met and customers receive quality service.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree and majored in physics or nuclear medicine.
2. Some knowledge or experience in radioisotope synthesizing, cyclotron or accelerator is preferred.
3. Good command of English.
4. Efficient time management skills (visits, fairs…).
Tenacity, persistent in pursuing goals.
３、Electrical Souring Engineer
Responsibility:
1. Select and qualify the suppliers of electrical material requested for global production.
2. Implement the assigned sourcing project.
3. Suppliers management and maintain long-term relationship with qualified suppliers.
4. Price negotiation and contract draft with suppliers for best price payment term and leadtime.
5. Develop domestic sourcing plans.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree and majored in Automation or Mechanical Design and Manufacture
2. Engineering knowledge in electricity.
3. Excellent English & computer skill.
4. The competency of analysis, decision making, result driving
5. Sense of supplier management and business knowledge.
6. Team-work spirits and communication skill.
7. Working under pressure.
４、Mechanical Sourcing Engineer
Job description:
1. Select and qualify the suppliers of mechanical material requested for global production.
2. Implement the assigned sourcing project.
3. Suppliers management and maintain long-term relationship with qualified suppliers.
