Unfortunately, I can not view her publications list from her personal website, so can not judge what she has done and whether I can follow her to do some research projects.

Normally, a researcher should post his publications in his personal webpage so that other people can realised what he has done, and can determine one's mind based on it.

But my really means is the importance of posting one's detailed or selected publication list, not the full papers. Of course, it is well known that the published papers must be protected by copyright.

I think it is legal all over the world for anyone to post his publication list on his personal webpage.
