26日凌晨0点52分,数理学院著名物理学家王万录教授因病在重庆肿瘤医院与世长辞,大雨如注,苍天也为之悲痛,数理学院痛失受人尊敬和爱戴的良师益友,王万录教授与世长辞,是数理学院也是重庆大学的巨大损失。

王万录教授生平和主要贡献
1965年,毕业于兰州大学物理系凝聚物理专业半导体专门化。
1965~1997年,在兰州大学物理系任教,曾任教授,博导
1997年后为重庆大学数理学院物理系教授,博士生导师,重庆大学凝聚态物理研究所所长,重庆市材料物理重点实验室主任。
1985.3~1986.5,在美国芝加哥大学物理系及James Franck研究所作访问学者,从事非晶态半导体超晶格膜研究
1992.8~1993.8在德国Fraunhofer薄膜及表面工程研究所客座教授,从事金刚石膜生长及压阻效应研究
1995.4~1997.5在西班牙巴塞罗那大学应用物理系作访问教授,进行金刚石膜研究工作
2001.8和2002.4应邀分别到美国北卡罗来那州立大学及新加坡国立大学进行了短期访问和学术交流。
担任中国真空学会理事及薄膜专委会委员,中国太阳能学会理事,重庆市光谱学会副理事长,重庆市材料学会常务理事,重庆市制冷学会常务理事及重庆市物理学会理事,重庆市纳米材料专家组副组长等和4个学报的编委。长期从事固体薄膜特别是金刚石膜,光学膜,纳米材料,太阳能电池,信息技术, 光电子材料及器件,气体敏材料及应用等研究工作,先后主持和参加了8个国家863和自然科学基金项目,5个省部级重大科研攻关项目。先后在国内外发表本论文280余篇,在意大利、德国、英国、法国, 美国、西班牙, 澳大利亚及夏威夷和香港等地参加国际学术会议9次,发表论文18篇,其中被Sci收录论文150余篇。通过省市级鉴定项目4个。尤其是在碳纳米管生长及应用,金刚石膜核化,定向外延生长及压阻效应和气敏效应等研究方面取得许多重要成果,受到了同行高度评价,在这方面发表的论文被同行引用和刊物摘录400次以上,并获1999年重庆市科技进步一等奖,获2003年重庆市自然科学二等奖。另外还先后获得省级科技进步三等奖2个,获优秀论文一等奖1个,二等奖2个,获省教委科技进步一等奖2个,二等奖1个。获重庆市先进教师和国务院特殊津贴。
