There are a few changes for SOA Exam of 2005:
1.The basic difference is the name of the first 4 exams and the length of the first 2 exams:
Course 1 = Exam P and it will be 3 hours in length. 8:30 am - 11:30 am.
Course 2 = Exam FM and it will be 2 hours in length. 8:30 am - 10:30 am
Course 3 = Exam M and it will continue to be a 4 hour exam
Course 4 = Exam C and it will continue to be a 4 hour exam
2.There will be no changes to the higher exams until 2006. It is expected that Exam P will be
offered as a computer based exam for the fall session of 2005 .
